HOW TO ORDER
FeelOnlyJoy is a floral design studio, not a standard online store.
Each arrangement is custom-made for you, depending on season, availability and your preferences — that’s why there is no instant online checkout on the website.
Here’s how placing an order works:
1. Choose a category and fill out the order form.
Select the size, color palette, style, date, time and whether you need delivery or pickup.
2. We contact you quickly.
After you submit the form, we reach out via text (SMS) or Instagram Direct to confirm details, check what flowers are available and finalize the design with you.
3. You receive a manual invoice.
Once everything is approved, we send you an invoice by hand. Payments are accepted via Zelle, Apple Cash, PayPal and Cash App.
4. Payment terms.
- Same-day orders require 100% payment before we start working.
- Advance orders (3+ days) can be reserved with a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due on the day of delivery or pickup.

5. We create your arrangement.
Your bouquet is handcrafted especially for you, using the best flowers available for your date and chosen palette.
Same-day orders
If you need a bouquet for today:
Place your order between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM with full prepayment.
Pickup or delivery is available
no earlier than 3:00–5:00 PM the same day.
Evening orders for next day
If you place an order after 6:00–8:00 PM for the next day,
your bouquet will be ready for pickup or delivery
no earlier than 2:00–3:00 PM the following day.
Orders 2–3 days in advance
If you order 2–3 days ahead,
your bouquet can be ready at any convenient time by prior agreement.
Place your order between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM with full prepayment.

Sunday orders
Orders for Sunday are accepted on Saturday until 1:00 PM
with full prepayment.
Pickup or delivery on Sunday is arranged
for a pre-agreed time.
Holidays
During peak holidays.
(Valentine’s Day, March 8, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) our schedule and order timelines may differ.
We always share up-to-date holiday information in advance

REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & FINAL SALE POLICY — FEELONLYJOY
Fresh flowers are a perishable, time-sensitive product, and all arrangements at FeelOnlyJoy are custom-made. For this reason, all floral sales are considered final sale.
*This policy follows standard U.S. retail guidelines for perishable goods:
fresh flowers cannot be returned or exchanged once the order has been processed or delivered.

Every arrangement is handcrafted specifically for you.
Once flowers have been reserved, purchased, or work on your design has begun, the order becomes non-refundable.
Cancellations are not eligible for a refund, as preparation begins immediately upon confirmation.
4. No Returns or Exchanges
Because flowers are perishable, fragile, and custom-designed:
- returns are not accepted
- exchanges are not offered
- refunds cannot be provided once the order has been created or delivered
This applies to all bouquets and custom floral work.
2. Non-Refundable Deposits
For advance orders, a deposit is required to secure flowers and design time.
All deposits are non-refundable, including situations where the client changes plans.
3. Natural Variations in Fresh Flowers
Fresh flowers may naturally vary in:
- color
- shape
- size
- structure of petals
- light creasing or darkening on outer protective petals
These are normal characteristics of real flowers and are not considered defects.
5. Case-by-Case Review (Rare Exceptions)
We care deeply about each client.
In very rare situations where a genuine issue occurs due to our mistake, we may review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Any accommodations provided (replacement flowers, partial credit, etc.) are offered at the sole discretion of FeelOnlyJoy.
6. Responsibility After Delivery
Once the arrangement is handed to:

full responsibility for the bouquet transfers to the client.
Damage caused by temperature, improper storage, building access, or courier delays cannot be refunded or replaced.
7. Claims & Time Window
If you believe an issue occurred due to our error, please contact us within 6–12 hours of delivery and include photos.
Because flowers are perishable, claims submitted after this timeframe cannot be accepted.

By placing an order with FeelOnlyJoy, you acknowledge and agree to this Final Sale & Refund Policy.
