Same-day orders
Pickup is the most reliable and convenient way to receive your order.

The full address is provided after the order is fully paid, for privacy and security reasons.
Delivery via Uber / Uber Connect / Uber for Business
For your convenience, we offer several delivery options.
1. You may schedule Uber yourself
You are welcome to order an Uber or Uber Connect to our pickup location.
We will carefully hand the arrangement to the driver, and you will be able to track the trip from your app.
Once the bouquet is handed to the driver, responsibility for delivery time and condition transfers to the client.
2. We can schedule Uber on your behalf
If you do not have the app or prefer not to use it, we can arrange Uber Connect or Uber for Business for you.
Delivery cost is based on Uber’s current rates, which vary depending on distance, time of day, traffic, and surge pricing.
If needed, we can send you a screenshot of the exact amount.
Before sending the order, we take a photo confirming the handoff to the driver.
After the item is handed over, responsibility for delivery falls entirely on the client.
Information for Houses & Apartments
Private Homes
If the property is accessible, the courier may leave the bouquet in a safe spot such as:
- in the shade,
- under a covered area,
- at the front door.
Once the arrangement is left at the location, full responsibility transfers to the client.
Apartments, gated communities & secured buildings
Please note:
- drivers do not have access to buildings,
- they do not have codes, keys, or fobs,
- they may leave the order at any accessible spot if the recipient is unreachable.
For this reason:
Clients are fully responsible for ensuring the recipient is available and reachable.

- If the delivery is meant to be a surprise, the client must ensure the recipient is home and able to come out to receive the order.
- If the recipient does not answer, drivers typically wait 2–5 minutes before leaving.
In such cases, a new delivery fee will be required.
Delivery Timing
We always do our best to deliver within the requested time frame, and in most cases we succeed.
However, timing may be affected by:
- traffic and road conditions,
- Uber availability,
- weather,
- building access restrictions,
- busy holiday periods.
During peak and holiday seasons, deliveries are made within a general window of 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
Exact times cannot be guaranteed on these days.
Weather & Surge Conditions
During severe weather, heavy traffic, early-morning or late-evening hours, Uber may apply surge pricing.
These rates are determined solely by Uber and may vary moment to moment.
Delivery cost in such cases is calculated according to the real-time pricing shown in the app.
Complimentary Delivery for Large Orders
We are pleased to offer a special bonus:
- **Complimentary delivery for orders over $1000
- within a 20-mile radius.**
- Delivery beyond 20 miles is charged at Uber’s standard rates.
Photo Confirmation
We provide photo confirmation before handing the bouquet to the courier or before leaving it at the recipient’s location.
After this point, responsibility for the order transfers to the client.
Liability Disclaimer
FeelOnlyJoy is not responsible for:
- delays caused by traffic, weather, or road conditions;
- incorrect addresses provided by the client;
- recipients who are unreachable or not present;
- restricted access to buildings or gated communities;
- the actions or decisions of Uber drivers;
- where a driver chooses to leave the order;
- damage occurring after the bouquet is handed to the courier or left at the location.

Orders 2–3 days in advance
If you order 2–3 days ahead,
your bouquet can be ready at any convenient time by prior agreement.
Place your order between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM with full prepayment.

Sunday orders
Orders for Sunday are accepted on Saturday until 1:00 PM
with full prepayment.
Pickup or delivery on Sunday is arranged
for a pre-agreed time.

During peak holidays.
(Valentine’s Day, March 8, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) our schedule and order timelines may differ.
We always share up-to-date holiday information in advance
via Direct or by phone.
Flower Care
Cut flowers
To help your bouquet stay beautiful as long as possible:
Always place your arrangement in a wide, spacious vase with enough depth, so the stems can breathe and absorb water properly. Avoid narrow vases — the thicker the stems, the more water they need, and the larger the vase should be.
- Use a clean vase and cool water.
- Refresh the cut on each stem before placing it in the vase.
- Change the water every 1–2 days.
- Keep the bouquet away from direct sun, heaters, and AC.
- Ideal room temperature: 64–72°F (18–22°C).
Box arrangements
Each arrangement is created in floral foam inside a cardboard box.
- Check the moisture level of the foam every 1–2 days.
- Gently pour a small amount of water between the flowers, avoiding the cardboard.
- Usually 50–150 ml is enough at a time.
- Keep away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
3D hearts
A 3D heart has a wooden frame with floral foam inside.
- Place the heart on a flat, stable surface.
- Add small amounts of water between the flowers every 1–2 days.
- Recommended amount: about 50–150 ml.
- Avoid moving the arrangement more than necessary.
Please note
Flowers are a living product. Their shade, bud density, and vase life may vary depending on season, farm, weather, and transportation.
Even the same variety can look slightly different from one shipment to another — this is natural.
Longevity is always individual:
some flowers last 7–10 days, others 2–4 days — this is normal for fresh cut flowers.
We create every arrangement by hand, with love and attention to detail.
How long your flowers stay fresh also depends on proper care after delivery.
